I have been using your Probat 222 culture for making cultured butter for several months. We use homemade butter in my bakery and we sell it to the public, and it has become very popular. We want to scale up our production, but our current "by hand" method is too labor-intensive, so we are in the market for a machine that could wash the butter, since that is the part that is hardest for us to do by hand. It would also be nice if it could extrude the butter in molds, and maybe some other functions, depending on what is available. We don't need anything very large-scale. I am not sure where to look for this kind of equipment, so I was hoping you might be able to point me in the right direction. Do you sell such equipment?
