Happy New Year

I would like to wish everybody a Happy New Year and look forward to a prosperous year for Danlac Canada Inc. and our affiliates.
 
In the last year we have expanded our selection of ingredients to include more than rennet and starter cultures.
 
The Holdbac products are very popular and find many uses in preventing mould, yeast, Listeria and late blowing of some cheese (raw milk, etc.). More information on these products can be found on our web-store.
 
As you might have noticed we have started regular Danlac Newsletters as per request. Keeping our customers informed is important and while it allows us to provide you with information and updates, it allows our customers to provide feedback in return.
 
If you have interest in becoming a sub-distributor outside of Canada for our Bionic vital-ferment products of set milk, yogurt natur & yogurt L+, we would love to hear from you.
 
We are planning a newsletter for CheeseCrafter soon in cooperation with the manufacturer of LactiCheck, which we sell in Canada (spanning over 75 countries around the globe).
